If you wish for the reply e-mail to be sent to your mobile phone, please cancel domain-specific e-mail reception or set “@yamatoyo.com” as an allowed domain for e-mail reception in advance to ensure that you receive the reply e-mail.
Please refer to your mobile phone’s instruction manual regarding cancelling domain-specific e-mail reception and setting allowed domains for e-mail reception. Please also note that any data communication charges from the mobile phone carrier shall be borne by the customer.
